Pail Rabbit strives to get you what you ordered as quickly as possible, when we receive your order, we aim get it out within 24 hours of it being received, we strive to make sure you will get your products as speedily as possible, cos once the team here at Pail Rabbit starts the race to get your products out we won't take a nap partway! So read below to see our delivery guidelines for everything you need to know about shipping out to you.
How much does shipping cost?
For Aussie Shoppers
  • Standard Shipping (2-8 business days)
  • FREE for orders over $150 (excludes bulky items).
  • If your order is under $150, it’s just $10.
  • Express Shipping (1-3 business days)
  • FREE for orders over $350 (excludes bulky items).
  • Otherwise, a flat $17 applies.

Order by December 13th for standard delivery or December 20th for express delivery to make sure Santa beats us to your doorstep this Christmas!

We deliver to over 20 countries, from the US and UK to New Zealand, and more!

  • Standard Shipping (8-13 business days)
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Customs duties and taxes may apply, so check with your local authorities before placing your order.

For guaranteed Christmas delivery, make sure to hop in your order by December 1st.

Important Note: Shipping times are estimates and might be delayed by customs, busy periods, or unexpected hiccups—we’ll always do our best to get everything to you on time!

Returns of the Bouncing Kind (For Australian Orders)
For Australian Orders

If your parcel gets returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we may deduct a little to cover costs before hopping forward with next steps:

  • Reasons Include:
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
  • Failure to collect the package from the post office or delivery point.
  • Refusal to accept delivery.

The following fees will apply:

  • Refunds: We’ll deduct $15.00 from your refund to cover the return-to-sender fee and administrative costs.
  • Reshipping: Want us to re-send it? We’re happy to! A $10.00 re-shipping fee will apply in addition to the $15.00 return-to-sender fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

This doesn’t apply if the return is due to an error on our part or if it’s covered by the Australian Consumer Law.

If your parcel is delivered to the wrong address and isn’t returned to us, we regretfully can’t retrieve it, refund it, or sprinkle any rabbit magic over the situation. Please double-check your details when checking out!

Returns of the Bouncing Kind (For International Orders)
For International Orders

If an international parcel hops back to us due to similar issues (e.g., incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect), we’ll handle it, but there are a few fees:

  • Refunds: We’ll deduct $30.00 AUD for the return-to-sender fee, handling, and administrative costs.
  • Reshipping: Fancy giving it another go? Contact us, and we’ll share reshipping options and costs!

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

This doesn’t apply if the return is our mistake (like sending the wrong or faulty item) or if the Australian Consumer Law has you covered.

When will I get my order?
  • Once your order hops out the door, we’ll send you a tracking email. If it’s playing hide-and-seek, check your spam folder!
  • We allow only one delivery attempt. If no one’s home, your package will wait at your local post office for collection.
  • Need delivery to a PO Box or Parcel Locker? No problem—we ship to those, via Australia Post!

Just a heads up—we’re not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after being safe-dropped.

Triple-check your address when ordering! If you catch a mistake, contact us quickly.

  • If your parcel hasn’t left yet, we’ll fix it for free.
  • If it’s already on its way, return fees and re-shipping charges (as detailed above) will apply.
