You can earn Carrots through various actions:

• Creating an account: Earn 35 Carrots.
• Completing your profile: Earn 35 Carrots (when you add details like gender and birthday).
• Celebrating your birthday: Earn 400 Carrots on your birthday.
• Social Media: Earn 35 Carrots for liking us on Facebook, following us on Instagram, or sharing our store on Facebook.
• Referrals: Earn 350 Carrots when you refer a friend and they make their first purchase.

You can redeem your Carrots for the following rewards:

• 600 Carrots: $10 Off
• 900 Carrots: $15 Off

Yes, we offer three tiers with increasing benefits:

1. Bronze Bunny 🥉
Entry: Free
Benefits: Earn 1 Carrot for every $1 spent.

2. Silver Bunny Club 🥈
Entry: Spend AUD $600 – $999 per calendar year.
Benefits: Earn 1 Carrot for every $1 spent + 5% discount sitewide (excluding sale items).

3. Golden Hopper VIP 🥇
Entry: Spend AUD $1,000+ per calendar year.
Benefits: Earn 1 Carrot for every $1 spent + 10% discount sitewide (excluding sale items).

Tier status is based on your total spend within a calendar year (January 1st to December 31st).

• Moving Up: Once you reach a spend threshold (e.g., $600 for Silver), you will advance to that level immediately.
• Keeping Your Status: Once you achieve a tier, you retain it for the remainder of the current year plus the following full calendar year.
• Reset: Tier eligibility is recalculated on January 1st each year. To maintain your status, you must meet the spend threshold again during the previous year.

Yes, points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned.

Receiving: Rewards are issued as unique discount codes sent via email. For birthday coupons, ensure your Date of Birth is added to your profile at least 30 days before your birthday.

Redeeming: Copy the unique code from your email and paste it into the "Discount Code" field at checkout. You must be logged in to redeem.

Refunds will be deducted from both your Points balance and your Tier spend balance.

• For every $1 refunded, 1 Carrot is removed from your balance.
• For every $1 refunded, $1 is deducted from your annual spend progress.

If you return items bought with a coupon, the discount value may be subtracted from your return credit.

• Exclusions: Shipping costs are not eligible for earning points. Discounts cannot be applied to gift cards or shipping costs (unless it is a specific Free Shipping reward).
• Balance: If you redeem a coupon for a purchase less than the full value, the remaining balance is forfeited.
• Rights: Pail Rabbit reserves the right to modify or cancel the program or coupons at any time. Abuse of the program may result in account suspension.
