Pail Rabbit strives to get you what you ordered as quickly as possible, when we receive your order, we will get it out within 24 hours of it being received, we strive to make sure you will get your products as speedily as possible, cos once the team here at Pail Rabbit starts the race to get your products out we won't take a nap partway! So read below to see our delivery guidelines for everything you need to know about shipping out to you.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
FREE Australia wide delivery applies to all orders with a goods value of $120 or more. (Includes signature delivery and a traceable consignment number).
A flat $10 delivery charge applies to all Australian orders under $120. (This charge includes a traceable consignment number).
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
Only one delivery attempt will be made for ALL shipping. If no one is in attendance at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken back to your local post office for safe-keeping and collection. Any request for Authority to Leave without a signature will be at your own risk. In the event an authority to leave parcel is lost, missing or stolen, Pail Rabbit will not provide compensation.
IMPORTANT NOTE: An Authority to Leave instruction can only be applied by following the "Leave In A Safe Place" link in your parcel tracking email (which will be sent to you once your parcel has left Pail Rabbit). Requests for Pail Rabbit to add an authority to leave instruction will be ignored.
CAN MY PARCEL BE DELIVERED TO A PO BOX?
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
NOTE - We aim to dispatch parcels the following business day from the time of order. This may vary due to high order volumes on any given day.
Delivery times are 2-3 business days from the time of order. A dispatch confirmation email displaying your track and trace number will be sent once the order has been shipped.
- Goods will be delivered on business days only.
- We do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
- Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next business day.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding NSW Public Holidays.
- Delivery occurs on business days between the hours of 9am- 5pm.
- To minimise delivery disruptions, please consider sending your parcel to an address that is occupied during delivery times.
- All parcels delivered to an address that is not occupied will be left in a safe place out of the weather if available, using Australia Post Safe Drop standards.
- A valid street number, suburb, postcode, and phone number must be included when completing the checkout process as orders cannot be processed without this information.
- Pail Rabbit will not be held responsible for any delays incurred due to missing or incorrect delivery information.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking ID number and link. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

I HAVE PROVIDED THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS ... NOW WHAT?
Contact Pail Rabbit as soon as possible. If your parcel has not been manifested we can change the address for you. Unfortunately, if your parcel has already been manifested we cannot change the delivery address. In this instance your parcel will usually be returned to us within 2 - 4 weeks. Once your parcel arrives back at Pail Rabbit we can have it sent to the revised address. Please note that you will be charged a $10 re-delivery fee. This fee applies regardless of whether your order initially qualified for free delivery as Pail Rabbit incurs freight charges on all returned parcels. Alternatively, you can opt to cancel your order for a refund, less a $10 returned parcel delivery fee.
If your parcel is accepted at the incorrect address and not returned to Pail Rabbit it cannot be retrieved by Pail Rabbit or Australia Post. In this instance Pail Rabbit will not provide a refund or compensation for the lost goods.
